Overview: Profile & Settings Tabs
This video walks you through the Profile and Settings sections of your RISR dashboard—where you manage both personal and firm-level details that appear in your reports.
Profile Tab
Use this tab to manage your personal information, including:

Name, Title, and Phone Number — these appear in your client reports.

Headshot — displayed on report cover pages.

Authorized User — invite one assistant or teammate (such as a paraplanner or data entry support) to help run reports or share client lists under your account.
Settings Tab
This area manages your firm-level setup:

Firm Information & Branding — upload your logo, add your firm name and address, and include custom disclosures that appear at the end of reports.

Payment Setup — manage billing details, update credit cards, change payment frequency, or cancel your plan.

Members Management (Admins Only) — invite or edit team members on your firm’s license, assign permissions, and manage multi-seat accounts.
